Location - REMOTE - Albany, NY 12224

Schedule - Monday to Friday 9AM to 5:30PM EST

Pay Range - $25 to $28.57/hour

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position is responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews for candidates being considered for career opportunities with our client. The Recruiting Coordinator will work directly with management, candidates and vendor partners to ensure a positive candidate experience while also acting as a catalyst in expediting the interview process. This role will include coordinating travel arrangements, domestic and international flights, car service and video conference interviews.

The Recruitment Coordinator will also assist the recruiters in managing the candidate process within the HRIS system. This will include creating offer letters, administrating the onboarding process, and stepping candidates through the HRIS system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews for internal and external candidates
  • Prepare interview itineraries for both the management team and candidates
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with the MBA and Intern recruitment programs
  • Request and prepare interview feedback commentary for management review
  • Extend verbal offers and prepare offer letters
  • Inform candidates on their interview status
  • Assist recruiters in managing candidate process within the HRIS system
  • Assist with MBA and intern recruitment programs
  • Coordinates advertising/posting of positions, both internally and externally, on the appropriate job boards
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 4 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor's degree preferred.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
